"The original Dodge Viper, specifically the GTS coupe, is an absolute masterpiece. It's an icon of the automotive world" says Casey Putsch, of the YouTube Channel of the same name. With its massive 8.0-liter V10 engine and raw driving experience, he makes some solid points.

In his latest upload, Casey is welcoming a nearly identical twin of his own 1997 Viper, nicknamed "Goose".

Meet Goose, Casey Putsch's 1997 Dodge Viper GTS

Casey begins the video with an early morning, high-energy tour of the Genius Garage which houses some very cool cars. He very quickly goes through his various automotive project race cars to get to his blue Viper.

He tells us he's thinking of doing a build series on the Viper for no reason other than he needs a two-seat production-based track car. He continues telling us that Goose, is by far and wide, the fan-favorite car on the channel and since the car is reaching 100,000 miles and through a major accident, it may be time to "give her a bit of love".

Casey realizes the transport truck is arriving and rushes to the four-wheeler. He tells us he's quite uncomfortable riding the ATV as he describes it as being "the worst combination of all vehicles put together".

He musters up his courage and rides to the rear of the semi-trailer. At the 3:13 mark, we can see a blue 1997 Dodge Viper GTS on a lift deck itching to get back onto solid ground. Once back on the ground, Casey takes a quick look and says that it's pretty much identical to his car with the exception of the upgraded exhaust.

While looking through the car for the first time, Casey admits that the new Viper is in better shape than Goose. He tells us the car has only 32,000 miles and the car definitely reflects that. He even stops to admire the headlights, which are in perfect shape.

For comparison's sake, he shows us Gooses' headlights, which are sun damaged with slight hairline cracks. Casey says that he has plans for the new Viper. He plans to do a fundraiser for the Genius Garage non-profit, which provides children and teens with a mentor who will give them valuable learning experiences in a field that they love.

According to Casey, the goal is to give the car away next year during the tenth-year anniversary of Genius Garage. Truly, an honorable act for such a momentous occasion.
