What does a pickup mean to you? Trucks are supposed to be steadfast work machines that can haul some serious load while also being able to hurdle some of the tougher terrains with ease. But, the one adjective no one associates with a pickup truck is "fast."

Sure, some trucks are faster than others and can attain respectable speeds on highways, but these are definitely not racecars and won't have you reaching for the seat belt. And yet, there have been a few exceptions to the rule - trucks that are so fast they will leave most sports cars in their dust. They are a rarity, though, mostly because trucks are heavy vehicles meant to withstand terrain and load, not chew up roads and embarrass sports cars.

But, judging by the time it takes these 15 trucks to hit 60 mph, it seems supercars come in all shapes and sizes.
