1962 Chevy II: Worth Up To $77,000

The Chevy II Nova debuted in 1962 as General Motor’s attempt to compete in the compact car segment against the Ford Falcon and Plymouth Valiant. The debut year proved popular among shoppers as they bought more than 325,000 examples.

Although we don’t know the details, Armstrong comments in a recent YouTube video that he swapped engines in his Chevy II coupe. Factory cars came with either a 153 cubic-inch inline-four cylinder engine or a 194 cubic-inch straight-six. The current median price for a similar vehicle is about $19,000, with pristine examples fetching up to $77,000.
