The 2019 Jeep Wrangler Moab order guide was leaked so that we can all take a peek at the upcoming special edition model.

There have been plenty of special edition Wranglers over the years, but the 2019 Moab Wrangler might just be the most luxurious Jeep of them all. And it would have to be: at a base price of $51,200, it’s also the most expensive Wrangler to hit the roads. That’s $7,755 above the cost of a Rubicon, for those keeping track.

Thanks to the JL Wrangler Forums (by way of CarScoops.com) we have a good idea of why this Wrangler is just so freakin’ expensive. Based on the Sahara trim, the Moab Wrangler comes with an assortment of upgrades that put even the mighty Rubicon to shame.

Power is still the usual 3.6-L V6 we’ve all come to know and love (which is 285 hp and 260lb-ft torque), but the Moab gets the 8-speed automatic transmission with ESS and a Selec-Trac four-wheel-drive system. A limited slip differential should also improve the Moab’s off-road performance.

On the outside, the Moan Wrangler gets the Rubicon’s vented hood and 17-inch wheels, LED headlights and a heavy-duty front bumper. Mopar rock rails are the first distinctly Mopar addition to the Wrangler, while Moab decals remind everyone that this is a very special Jeep.

The inside of the Moab Wrangler gets more leather than ever before, wrapping the parking brake, shift knob, and instrument cluster. The sound system goes from 8 speakers to 9, while the center console becomes dominated by an 8.4-inch UConnect infotainment and sat-nav system.

Safety is also a priority as the Moab Wrangler comes a with the full suite of Jeep’s driver assistance software, including blind spot monitoring, cross-path detection, and ParkSense rear park-assist system.

The 2019 Jeep Moab Wrangler is already available for pre-order, so we should be hearing something official from Jeep relatively soon. But if not, contact your local Jeep dealer. They can hook you up.
