In its extensive history, the 2022 Grand Wagoneer is Jeep's largest vehicle ever, an all-new full-sized three-row luxury SUV with impressive capabilities both in terms of design, interior features, and performance. With a $90,000 starting price, it’s also one of the most expensive Jeeps ever, but for good reason.

Going up against the likes of the Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz GLS, and BMW X7, it isn’t exactly easy for a new rival like the 2022 Grand Wagoneer to lure in faithful buyers, but Jeep has done a great job at equipping it with enough enticing features to do just that.

With four total trim levels which include multiple engine choices and significantly different interior configurations, the Grand Wagoneer emerges as a versatile three-row SUV that still maintains its luxury appeal from entry-level to range-topping trims. Here’s a detailed look inside the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer.

However, there’s definitely a hierarchy in the range, and the following trim comes in the form of the Grand Wagoneer Series II, bringing a healthy amount of extra amenities to justify a $10,000 extra price. Towards the top of the lineup, there’s the stealthy $106,135 Obsidian appearance trim, followed by the range-topping Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series III, starting at $109,995 and complete with almost every single option.

In form with the segment, the Jeep Grand Wagoneer is as practical as it is luxurious, and it definitely makes the most of its large body. It comes standard with 7 total seats - including second-row captain’s chairs, but buyers can also configure it as an 8-seater with a second-row bench. There’s ample passenger space in all three rows, as well as a 27-cubic foot cargo area behind the rear seats. Lowering both the second and third rows allocates a huge amount of storage area, and in itself, the Grand Wagoneer's cabin provides a decent amount of storage cubbies and bins.

All in all, the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer is a perfect entry in a highly-competitive full-sized luxury SUV segment. Its cabin is hard to fault, complete with seemingly infinite tech, top-notch materials, and enough space for an army of eight.
