For more passenger comfort on long journeys, passengers can rear seats of the EV6. The Polestar 2's rear seats don’t have a recline setting. Buyers of the Kia EV6 will enjoy a smoother drive and a better off-road capability, thanks to its greater minimum ground clearance of 6.1 inches than the 5.7 inches on the Polestar. At 114.2 inches, the wheelbase of the 2022 Kia EV6 is 6.5 inches longer than on the Polestar 2, which is around 107.7 inches. Also, the EV6's average width is an inch wider in the front and 1.5 inches wider in the rear than the Polestar 2. The EV6 is surprisingly lighter than the Polestar (around 200-400 pounds lighter), which means it can handle and accelerate better.

Both the Polestar 2 and the Kia EV6 have some of the most desirable safety features in 2022. These are the driver and passenger front airbags, front side airbags, driver knee airbags, side head airbags, front safety, height-adjustable front shoulder belts, 4 Wheel anti-lock brakes and traction control, a skid control electronic stabilization system, a collision prevention brake, daytime running lights, exit warning system lane monitors, rearview cameras, driver alert monitors, and surround-view monitors.

The Kia EV6 added a special feature called the rear seat reminder. This system reminds the driver to check the rear seat when the vehicle is turned off, preventing the driver from forgetting a young child or a pet in the rear seat. Polestar buyers won’t have this feature.

Also, the Kia EV6 has a rear cross pass warning system that utilizes a rear bumper sensor to warn the driver of vehicles approaching from the side. This takes the hassle out of backing out of a parking space. While standard on the EV6, you’ll pay extra to have the rear cross pass system on the Polestar 2.

The EV6 offers an optional heads-up display that projects navigation and speed instructions directly in front of the driver's field of view, allowing the driver to keep an eye on the road. The opponent doesn't have a heads-up display. Another Convenient feature we love on the EV6 is the 115V AC outlet, which allows you to charge laptops or small devices without special adapters. Alternatively, the Polestar 2 does not provide a household electrical outlet.

The Polestar 2’s infotainment system consists of a smaller 11.15-inch center display, which allows you to adjust the climate control, change the car's driving settings, and many more.
