A first look at the model gives a glimpse into a solid impeccable design scaled to perfection and attention to detail. The 2023 XF model has standard adaptive cruise control and Amazon Alexa capability. It continues in three trims which are P300 R-Dynamic SE, P250 S, and P250 SE.

Since the first XF debuted in 2007, many changes have brought lightweight aluminum-intensive architecture. There has also been a series of driver assistant technologies and an advanced four-cylinder ingenious engine under the hood to make for a greater level of smooth dynamic performance.

The stunning sedan comes alive with a simple press of the start button. The seats are adorned with standard leather upholstery, 2-way manual headrests, and a seat belt to keep the occupants safe.

If that wasn’t enough, it is fitted with dual-zone automatic climate control, auto-dimming mirrors, proximity keyless entry, and power trunk lid. Automatic wipers and paddle shifters are other additions for a seamless journey to your destination.

For infotainment, the luxury sedan’s designers built a 12.3 digital gauge cluster, 11.4-inch touchscreen, navigation, HD, satellite radio, wireless Apple CarPlay, two USB ports, wireless phone charging, and Android Auto compatibility. The exterior receives power-folding side mirrors, rear fog lights, and 18-inch bright-finish wheels.

The P300 R-Dynamic SE has a high output version of 2.0-liter Turbo 4-Cylinder and all-wheel drive. It runs an eight-speed automatic transmission. The extra 53 horsepower and 29 lb-ft of torque are not the only features that give the P300 a track tearing top speed. It also comes with AWD, unlike P250 trims with RWD only.

So, if you want to go cruising during winter, the P300 is the best XF to buy. The rims are adorned with Rack-Pinion rim type with a turning diameter of 39.4 ft. A lightweight, all-aluminum design wheel of 19" × 8" for both the front and the rear wheels make for a smooth dynamic performance.

The P300 has a double wishbone for the front suspension, a multi-link for the rear suspension to connect the Kite to its wheels, and a Sila Group gear shifter in the cabin. It's futuristic but simple, with the cabin holding a steering column that drivers can move from left to right.

For example, a lane departure warning sound beeps when the car detects an unintentional drift off its lane.

With the adaptive cruise control radar, the car automatically adjusts your speed to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front. The camera sensor behind the trunk displays a 360° exterior vision on the touchscreen for easy parking.

Other safety features are a Tire pressure monitoring system, emergency brake assists, driver alertness monitoring, electric parking brake, seat belt reminder, surround-view cameras, front and rear parking sensors, and Airbags for both the driver and the passenger.

The added standard features of the 2023 Jaguar XF make it slightly more expensive than the 2022 model. Each of the 3 trims has unique attendant features, and if you want one of these to hit your driveway, go for it.

We expect the P250 S to cost $47,000, the P250, $49,300, and the P300 R-Dynamic SE will be priced at a cool $52,700. The arrival date of the 2023 XF model in the American market hasn't been announced; consequently, there are no available reservation options.

In past years, Jaguar announced the arrival of a new XF in the early fall, so the slots for the 2023 model will most likely open by summer end. While we await the announcement of the 2023 XF release date, we can only hope that it delivers more than the 2021 Jaguar XF, which remains an underrated luxury sedan in our books.
