10 1991 Jaguar XJ220

Jaguar is one of those British carmakers that are capable of producing some terrific vehicles every now and then. Though the company is mostly for its sedans and sportier coupes, Jaguar produced a supercar way back in the early 1990s. The Jaguar XJ220 is a very legendary vehicle that is still relevant today.

The XJ220 is one of those '90s cars that are still considered fast today. The supercar is fitted with a twin-turbocharged 3.5L V6 that produces 542 hp and 475 lb-ft of torque. As only 282 units of the XJ220 were ever made, it is quite normal that this Jaguar became a piece of collection worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

9 1992 Bugatti EB110 SS

The EB11 Super Sport is a tremendous car. The quad-turbocharged 3.5L V12 develops 603 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. Out of the 139 units ever made, only 33 were Super Sport models. Originally sold for $380,000, the last Bugatti EB110 Super Sport ever made went for around $1.5 million.

Ford Motors is one of the few domestic car companies that actually revolutionized the automotive industry. Following its early successes, Ford went on to produce the most iconic muscle car ever made. As time went by, Ford decided to inject more money into its R&D Department and release some mind-blowing sports cars.

Though this GT90's physique is a bit unsettling, Ford really hit the nail on the head with this prototype. The American automaker went ahead with a quad-turbocharged 5.9L V12 that produces an impressive 720 hp and 660 lb-ft of torque. Though the car never made it to production, it still paved the way for a plethora of American-made supercars.

7 1996 Ferrari F50 GT

When most people think of supercars, the name Ferrari tends to come to mind. As the Italian exotic carmaker has been collecting championships for decades, it is quite normal that its name became synonymous with sport and excellence. Though Ferrari must compete against equally admirable carmakers, the company has remained the most known supercar brand in the world.
