Harley Davidson has been making motorcycles, trikes and custom jobs since 1903. And Ford, not to be outdone, was founded in that same year and has been cranking out cars, trucks, and sports cars since then without missing a beat. And then there is the Tuscany Motor Company, a division of Fox Factory that has been around since 1988.

While Tuscany is mostly known for designing, modding and customizing Chevrolet and GM pickups and SUVs, they've turned their attention to something new. This effort has taken the shape of matchmaker to Ford and Harley-Davidson bringing the design sensibility of the old-school Milwaukee bike builder to Detroit's own "Built Ford Tough" series of Super Duty pickup trucks.

The 2020 Ford F-250 SD Harley-Davidson Edition pickup is not only decked out with a look and equipment that would make any biker proud but it's wrapped up in one of the best pickup trucks on planet Earth - the Ford Super Duty Series. And while its $111,185 asking price might make you blush, there is certainly no denying it's performance and presence. Let's take a look at Tuscany's modern take on these two legendary brands' latest offering.

Harley Meets Ford Meets Tuscany

Tuscany currently offers a series of GMC and Chevrolet trucks with names like the Badlander, Black Ops, and ZRX.

The 2020 Ford F-250 SD Harley-Davidson Edition is something of a departure for them but they're also making a H-D version based on the GMC Sierra so it's not much of a stretch.

Like the GMC H-D, the Ford H-D will be a very limited edition model fashioned out of a number of bespoke components.

The Harley-Davidson F-250 Package

The 2020 Ford F-250 SD Harley-Davidson package is replete with hardware on the inside and out to improve road manners and off-road performance. She is also fitted with a number of enhancements in the looks department paying homage to the Harley brand. One thing is for sure, there is no mistaking this mammoth Tuscany creation from anything else on the road! It literally screams Harley-Davidson!

Tuscany is offering the 2020 F-250 Harley-Davidson Edition in a choice of three colors: Agate Black, Star White, And Lead Foot Gray. And as Harley is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the iconic Softtail "Fat Boy," the design sensibility is evident throughout.

Both Ford and Harley had input into the final package as is to be expected if it's to don both the Ford and Harley-Davidson emblems.

Tough On The Outside

Tuscany starts with a set of 22” Harley-Davidson "Fatboy" Style Wheels shod with 37" BF Goodrich 37” 13.5/R22 KM3 sneakers, a custom BDS suspension, Fox 2.0 Performance Shocks, Fox Dual Steering Stabilizers, Billet Exhaust Tips, and an H-D themed Hood with Air Scoops.

She's also fitted with Power Deploying Lighted Running Boards and Rock Guards, Custom Painted Fender Flares and Vents, Textured Honeycomb Grille and Assembly, Front Tow Hooks, H-D Windshield Header, H-D Tonneau Cover, and tons of H-D emblems and plaques throughout.

Soft On The Inside

On the inside, the F-250 Harley-Davidson Edition gets Custom Leather H-D Seat Covers with Contrast Orange Diamond Embroidery and Badging, Piano Black Dash, Door, and Steering Wheel Accents, an H-D Serialized Numbered Console Emblem, Custom Carpeted Floor Mats with H-D Bar and Shield Logo, H-D Branded Door Sills, H-D Stainless Steel Gauges, and H-D Billet Racing Pedals.

The final product is unmistakably imposing and definitely possesses an aesthetic for which Harley-Davidson is known. Under the hood, Ford's all-new 7.3 liter pushrod in block "Godzilla" V8 provides all the power you'll need with Ford/GM's jointly developed and slick shifting 10 speed automatic transmission. Tuscany didn't mod the engine at all, and buyers probably won't even complain about any perceived lack of power anyway.

And like it's Tuscany GMC Sierra H-D counterpart only 250 examples of the Ford H-D will be made. But is it worth $111,185? I suppose that's a question only you can answer. But in a world where pickups can run into the $90,000 range direct from the manufacturer, it doesn't seem like that much of a stretch. And, you would gain admission into a very exclusive club after all, right? Buckle up.
