Are electric cars complicating or simplifying vehicle mechanisms? Engineers will tell you that this is a question without a straightforward answer. Ultimately, proponents and opponents present strong supporting points for either side of this discussion.Whereas companies such as Tesla have already captured the hearts of many lovers of electric vehicles, the EV industry is still at its infant stage. So much has been revealed so far, yet so much more remains under wraps. What’s crystal clear, however, is that electric vehicles are the future and will influence and dictate a lot of developments in the entire motoring industry in just a couple of years. As it happens in any novice idea, we expect that a number of motoring rules and regulations will need adjustments in preparation and accommodation of everything that’s happening around. For instance, the distribution of charging points today is still limited, unlike conventional fueling where elaborate networks are spread all over. The other limitation so far is the distance that you can cover with a single range of electric power. This aspect of electric vehicles is now the main point of focus and manufacturers are racing against time to build machines that can drive as far as possible on a single charge.Amidst all these developments, several new EV companies have sprouted around the globe, each trying to give out the best in the fast-growing industry. The following ideas are among EV prototypes that you could be seeing driving around your neighborhood pretty soon.
