Thanks to NM2255 Car HD Videos, there’s something we should see – actually, hear – it’s an Aston Martin Vulcan; so not something you get to see or hear every day.

There are actually two Vulcans in the video as well as a bunch of other supercars and exotica, plus some rally cars and more.

That’s because the video is from last year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed in England, a place where for one time in the year only; you can see actual racing cars on normal roads in a specially-prepared event with many drivers and many cars from classic Ferraris to hypercars like these.

The Aston Martin Vulcan Makes A Sound Like The Devil

Out of two Vulcans captured in the video, there is a lime-green one, numbered 24, and a dark burgundy colored car with number 6 on the side.

We can see a close-up walk around of the latter car, looking at the engine, suspension and inner-workings of the car and going slowly around the rest of the car, taking in the extensive aero features and bodywork.

The side-exit exhausts shoot flames under a blip of the throttle and of course, the sound of this car is amazing: it reminds us of an F1 car, because essentially it is one, a track-ready hypercar built for speed.

In lime-green and looking very bright against the overcast English skies, the other Vulcan is sporting an AMR Pro upgrade kit, which is from Aston Martin and brings a raft of updated aero kit to the car as well as a gearbox upgrade.

Sporting a 7-liter V12 – which is naturally aspirated – the Vulcan weighs 2,900 lbs, which is as much as a Volkswagen Golf but boasts a heck of a lot more power.

The car is front-mid-engined, which means it is at the front but pushed further back for the optimum weight distribution, because this car is all about speed.

Power will be up around 820 hp with 575 lb-ft of torque and there is a lot of exposed carbon fiber visible in the walk around, with the Brembo brakes hanging out inside those gorgeous wheels.

At the Goodwood Festival, there were many cars from American cars to truly vintage cars, and even the Ferrari Breadvan.

It’s always thrilling to see exotic cars racing and even more so on a real, narrow road with the possibility of rain or touching a bale of hay at speed.
