Nissan Frontier

We cannot argue with the tactical and rugged appeal of the Nissan Frontier. Let's not forget this truck offered the foundation for Nissan’s Patrol SUV which ferried enthusiasts likes Tom Hardy, Adrian Brody, and Henry Cavil through some of the toughest terrains around the world.

Strap on a bison bumper, a light bar, and some aftermarket suspension and you're set to challenge any terrain. Under the hood, this modification job uses a Garret turbocharger to pump the power up to 600 PS with the help of a larger intercooler.

If you binge-watch Gotham on Netflix, then you will eventually get to the episode in Season 4 where Alfred gifts a matte-black Mustang to a teenage Bruce Wayne. We reckon a grown-up master Wayne will find himself behind the wheel of this Ford Super Duty seeing how the Dark Knight has a soft corner for the blue oval brand.

This truck is one of Ford's best models of the decade which is probably why it was selected by DeBerti Design to be modified for a SEMA 2019 showcase. The 22-inch blacked-out alloys and a roof-mounted array of rigid LEDs are some of the highlights of this custom job.

Keeping in line with General Motors’ boxy and rugged design language, the GMC Canyon is a truck that emulates a brick wall speeding towards you.
