One complaint on the engine read, “I had a sudden jump in my rpms and accelerator malfunction. I had to carefully guide the truck to the side of the road. After it died, I could not start it. The engine light flashing, the 4lo flashing and traction are all flashing. I still had electrical but no power.”

I'm on my SECOND, Ford bought back my first F150 because of issues with the engine "misfire" and "stumble" They can't fix these things! One recall pertains to the engine. As you may know, the F-350 is the F-150’s big brother. Unfortunately, it also has some issues. According to the NHTSA, the 2008 F-350 has been the subject of 206 complaints.

Of these complaints, 53 are regarding the engine and engine cooling while 21 are regarding the engine. One of the complaints read, “This is a very expensive truck and I am very disappointed in this truck. A week after I got the truck the radiator started leaking. Two days after that, my power steering goes out. Now, I have white smoke pouring out of the back of my truck every morning.”

5 2012 Ram 2500

The Ram 2500 has been the subject of several issues for a good number of years. In fact, according to the NHTSA, the 2012 Ram 2500 alone has 240 recorded complaints, two investigations, and five recalls.

Of the complaints, 101 are regarding the truck’s steering.
