This is why it kicked off its European road tour for the Chiron Sport and Chiron Pur Sport from a city of historic significance to the brand – Paris, France.
A Place Of Historical Significance To Bugatti
Bugatti is considered a French luxury brand, thus there is no better city to start off its road show. Ettore Bugatti set up the brand's first showroom almost 100 years ago in Avenue Montaigne, Paris. Likewise, while Paris is more than 200 miles away from Bugatti's headquarters in Molsheim, Ettore was a frequent visitor of the French capital. Ettore also spent his last days in Paris in 1947.
In particular, Bugatti's latest road show was kicked off at the Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay, a former monastery located in the forest of Rambouillet, or around 31 miles (50 kilometers) south west of Paris. Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay is now considered one of the most charming hotels in the world, and it's an ideal backdrop to showcase Bugatti's newest creations -- Chiron Sport and Chiron Pur Sport – to the country's wealthy.
Luxurious Test Drives With Potential Clients
La Maison Bugatti Paris, however, wasn't created just to tell French aristocracy about the luxurious and dynamic natures of the Chiron Sport and Chiron Pur Sport. Both hypercars boast around 1,479 hp of max output and 1,180 lb-ft of peak torque. They are also luxuriously priced, with clients needing first to shell out EUR3 million ($3.5 million) before they can go from nil to 62 mph in 2.3 seconds in a Chiron Pur Sport.
To better make the case Chiron Sport and Chiron Pur Sport, Bugatti also allowed potential customers to test drive these hypercars. This way, they could see, drive and feel these Bugatti vehicles, letting them internalize their unique and special character.
Next Destination For The Bugatti Road Show
The luxury carmaker didn't disclose the next stop for the Bugatti Road Show for the Chiron Sport and Pur Sport in Europe. Nonetheless, With a massive tag, these Bugatti aren't cheap, but there are always those who can afford them.
