On the other hand, according to the CNBC All-American Economic Survey, around 57 percent of the American public are using some form of streaming service, like Netflix.

For 2019, there are a number of movies that audiences can certainly look forward to. For starters, comic powerhouses Marvel and DC are both gearing up to release some incredible new films this year. In the case of Marvel Entertainment, the company is set to release the highly-anticipated Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame. At the same time, Spider-Man: Far From Home will be in movie theaters on July 5, 2019, according to Marvel. On the other hand, DC is getting ready to release Shazam! And later in the year, an origin story for the DC character The Joker is scheduled to come out in October.
