Tire defects can cause serious road accidents, bringing harm both to the owner of these tires and cars driving nearby. On the web, a video appeared with a Toyota crossover, which was unlucky to stumble upon a tire lost by a truck. The heavy tire sent the RAV4 flying, during which it managed to do a somersault, and then, to the good luck of the driver, landed on the wheels. For this reason, the car's driver did not receive any serious injuries.
How Did The Tire Accident Happen?
The incident took place in Indiana, and the video was filmed by MzDeanna Smith driving nearby. She uploaded the video on her Facebook page. It shows the tire bouncing off the truck in front and rolling down the highway. Almost immediately after that, the Toyota runs into it. As we can see in the video, the driver of the car did not have time to react to the appearance of an unexpected obstacle.
As a result, the front of the RAV4 lifted, and then the SUV was literally thrown into the air. The crossover turned over twice: once in flight and the second time already on the ground, eventually getting back on its wheels. Despite the somersaults made by the car, the woman appears to be OK.
What Are The Conditions Of A Toyota Driver?
As MzDeanna explains, the driver got out of the car on her own and complained only of a pain in her neck. But still, she provided the driver all the necessary help. After the video was posted, most of the viewers were asking if she is still fine and no complications happened to her.
After some days, the driver contacted MzDeanna Smith and confirmed she is totally fine. All she experiences is a little pain. Also, she thanked her for the provided help. Only the legal outcome of this situation remains unclear, as well as if this was a truck driver's fault. In any case, the insurance company will probably have to compensate for the car repairs.
But not all road accidents are that life-threatening. In April, in China, a very long car accident took place because of a woman driving a car slowly and typing a message.
