There just aren’t that many first-generation Chevrolet Camaros on the market in peak condition. And that shouldn’t be a surprise as, to this day, this classic remains as comfortable as it is attractive. There’s a reason it was voted the Best Chevy of All Time during Chevrolet's 100th anniversary celebration. Luckily, RK Motors Charlotte has found just the car and wrapped it in a twin-turbo LS3 to boot.

This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro received a ground-up, multi-year build that was completed in late 2018--that’s practically brand new. This F-Platform features a custom-fabricated chassis that mixes new age athleticism with old school durability. Inside, the custom interior, there are four bucket seats featuring French-stitched leather and awesome houndstooth inserts. All this modern beauty and classic design doesn’t come cheap, however, as it has a price tag of $179,900.

Just from looking at this 1969 Camaro, you know it’s special. Already one of the best-looking muscle cars ever built, it's painted in slick PPG Summit White 2-stage and features hockey stripes. At the front of the coupe, an ''RS'' branded grille hangs requisite Rally Sport headlights above a mirrored bumper, factory parking lamps and a D80 chin spoiler. Above that grille, a Camaro-branded header leads a low ZL2 hood, which fronts smoked glass that's lined with stainless steel. A fourth “RS” emblem centers modern taillights, a second D80 spoiler, a second mirrored bumper and retro Rally Sport reverse lamps.

Under the hood, you’ll find a 6.2 liter LS3 that's been piped to two turbochargers. Producing between 700 and 800 horsepower with cooling courtesy of a large aluminum radiator paired with a quick-spinning puller fan. A Tremec 6-speed spins a Driveshaft Shop driveshaft, which is threaded to a fabricated Strange 9-inch finished with a posi-traction differential and 3.90 gears.
