Instagram artist @rostislav_prokop is back at it again with an impressive 3D-rendered clip of an E-Corvette. With design cues from the 2023 Chevrolet Stingray and upcoming Z06, Chevy fans have a prime example of what the new electrified Corvette could look like.

The electrified Chevrolet Corvette came true when CNBC interviewed GM President Mark Reuss. This label only drops hints at whether the electrified Corvette would be a plug-in hybrid or a standard hybrid model.

The GM President also clearly stated that there will be an all-electric version of the Chevy Corvette. They’re also being fast-racked as early as 2023 releases. With things charged up, let’s take a look at this exclusive HotCars render.

This Electric Corvette Takes Inspiration From The 2023 Stingray And Z06

Adorned in Chevy’s famous racing yellow tint, this render looks as real as it can get. Anyone admiring it could easily believe this is an official release. But even though it isn’t, there’s enough here to get excited about. Instead of using the design from a classic Chevy icon like the Stingray, this render continues to push Chevy into the future.

Right off the bat, this render has the recessed side air intake scoops and aggressive wheels of the z06. The front bumper and air dam resemble the upcoming Z06’s fin-less design. Meanwhile, the lower midsection is now painted black like the production Stingray. This render takes it a step further with a much-needed black lip spoiler.

The seamless fusion of the production Stingray and upcoming Z06 is clearly evident, and a wise choice when it comes to imagining how Chevy continues to break new ground with an all-electric and/or hybrid 'Vette.

The rear of this vehicle is where most of the new additions are. Once again, it’s a harmonious fusion of Stingray and Z06. The designer used the side dual exhaust setup from the Stingray with the mid-section grills from the Z06. It might be hard to notice, but the entire back-end seems slightly flattened. Everything from the lights to the air vent grills is shrunk.

The air vent grills are now molded more smoothly into the bumper with a two-piece color panel attached. There are now small air vents at the outer edges of the rear bumper. This continues the theme of being subtle and sleek. A rear skid plate completes the look with style.

On top, a low-profile lip spoiler adds a touch of rear downforce and continues the cohesive look of a subtle and sleek silhouette for the streets. The dual twin tip exhausts have an angular and square shape as opposed to the rounded tips of the official 2023 Stingray. With that in mind, hopefully, Chevrolet reveals more about the Corvette E-Ray sooner than later.
