Czech-based digital car renderer Rostislav Prokop is no stranger to mid-engine Chevrolet Camaro renderings. He previously crafted such a rendering of a mid-engine Camaro looking arguably better than a C8 Corvette back in January 2021. It clearly went down well as he’s done it again, this time creating what he has called a “Hungry Camaro,” in all-black and is a remodel of what he has worked on previously.

New And Improved Mid-Engine Camaro

Prokop states he has remodeled the Camaro and given it a new widebody setup. This is very much evident once we take a look at the front of the car. The front of the car features a more prominent splitter setup over the standard model, more akin to what you would see on the Camaro ZL1. A more angular looking grille setup is another prime feature of the car, and as we drift further up the front we can see a gloss-black hood with a bulge running down the middle. The gloss contrasts nicely with the rest of the car, which mostly appears to be in a matte/satin finish. Next, let's check out the side of the car.

Side Details Shows Widebody Aggression

Heading down the side of the Camaro and this is where more details start to emerge. The rear wheels have much larger arches and fenders, with a very noticeable vent to channel air around them positioned in front of the wheels. Lower down, there is a sculpted side-skirt with a winglet at the far side, and the side of the car as a whole looks far more aggressive than even the ZL1. This just shows what a transformation a widebody kit can have on a car. Finally, it's time to look at the rear of the Camaro and check out those details.

Aggressive Diffuser At The Rear

Aggression is very much the name of the game with the Camaro. At the back of the muscle car, there is a mean-looking diffuser with some pretty large strakes. These are either side of the center-positioned quad-exhaust setup. No performance-enhanced Camaro is complete without a rear wing and this Hungry Camaro has quite a sizeable one, and looks like its something that Prokop borrowed from a Hennessey Camaro. If we end this look at the front of the car, we can see just how wide this kit has made the Camaro look, drastically altering its profile and giving it an impressively aggressive stance.
