YouTube channel Junkyard and Barn Finds with Sean continues to check out a Florida event featuring a broad range of classic cars and sports cars. Each year, the Black Diamond Concourse Invitational Car Show features a unique mix of automotive treasures on a golf course on Florida's west coast. And presenter Sean Dever needs help choosing what striking vehicles to highlight at this event.

What A Pair Of Chevrolets Have In Common

The presentation opens with a brief look at a pair of cars that have color (white) and a Chevy bow tie in common. Dever points out a 1976 Nova SS that appears in mint condition under the bright Florida sun. He remarks that fourth-generation Novas are gaining popularity among enthusiasts and collectors as third-gen models become more scarce.

Sitting next to the Nova is a 1987 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 that brings back memories of mullets and high-waisted jeans. But what doesn't come off as original is a blinged-out engine bay featuring an abundance of chromed components, including the inside of the hood.

One of the most notable finds in the video is a pristine 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 that's attended to by its owner and who's not budging from his comfortable seat. He explains how this shiny blue Boss 302 has been in his possession since 1999 and was thoroughly restored to stock condition over the years.

In addition to preserving a numbers-matching engine and transmission pair, the owner went so far as to refinish the original chrome wheels. One downside to this originality is the lack of air conditioning, an unavailable factory option for the Boss 302 which would be a highly appreciated upgrade in the Sunshine State.

It's easy for anyone to get distracted by drool-worthy classics at a car show, and Dever is no exception. Plus, a lot is going on at this event. As he strolls along rows of automotive treasures, viewers' attention is frequently diverted to the rolling line of classics in the background—a parade of gems.

Dever's wanderings range from a 1929 Ford Model A converted into an ice cream truck to a bright orange Plymouth Roadrunner tribute car. If the previous Nova and Camaro weren't enough to excite Chevy fans, then a grouping of C1 and C2 Corvettes should do the trick.
