Dennis Collins' YouTube channelDennis Collins' YouTube channel highlights his latest automotive adventure; a trip to Rockford, Illinois, and no shortage of classic cars to choose from.

The video almost comes across as a game show because behind each garage door is another automotive treasure tempting Collins (there are seven).

But despite callings from a Ford F-100 and a fourth-generation Thunderbird, he eventually keeps to his "Mopar or no car" motto.

A Pair Of Collins-Worthy Classic Dodge Muscle Cars

The first car truly in Collins' sights is a 1970 Dodge Coronet Super Bee (the last year before the Super Bee got spun off as a stand-alone model).

Its "rust issues" and lack of a HEMI engine aren't deterrents, but, at least the 383 cubic-inch Magnum V-8 has a four-barrel carburetor.

Collins points out the now-dull Top Banana yellow paint; the pillarless body styling cues this is a hardtop (the coupe has a B-pillar).

Also going home with Collins is a 1968 Dodge Charger, another B-body hardtop.

He comments that the triple white appearance is rare, but a closer inspection reveals the car initially had burgundy paint. He'll also settle for another 383 Magnum power plant; this one has a two-barrel carb.

Jeeps, Broncos, and Blazers are regular rescue fare for Collins, so the opportunity to bring home a non-Jeep Mopar SUV is appealing.

It's easy to spot his excitement as he explores a 1989 Dodge Ramcharger.

It's not a time-capsule vehicle, but Collins is happy to put the bronze-brown utility on the trailer.

He comments that this Dodge has the larger of the two V-8s that powered second-generation Ramchargers (360 versus 318 cubic inches).

Among the vehicles that Collins considers for another day is a 1955 Ford F-100; its blueish and rusting patina make this second-generation F-series truck a natural for the restomod treatment.

Next up is a 1964 Imperial Crown Coupe, a storied example of Chrysler's attempt to take on Cadillac and Lincoln.

A 1965 Ford Thunderbird gets a look over by Collins, too. But, despite its clean appearance, this car will be staying where it's at.

Finishing up the offerings is a 1993 Jaguar XJ6, technically a classic thanks to being more than 25 years old. But, this Jag won't be making the trip to Texas.
