Modern times and the abundance of info about environmental preservation has been leading people to more eco-friendly ways of living for some time now. The automobile industry, for example, has been producing electric vehicles to combat C02 emissions and minimize the usage of fossil fuels. But lately, these EVs were becoming smarter and more stylish in design, resulting in more people buying them.

Recent trends are also leading many motorcycle manufacturers such as Harley-Davidson to invest in electric bike models as well. And despite electric motorcycles being around longer than four-wheeled EVs but have just been receiving love and attention lately.

Just like cars, the design of most battery-powered bikes didn't really fit well with most people's tastes. But lately, electric bikes have become way more attractive that people are actually waiting for their releases. If you're one of them, then here are some of the coolest electric motorcycles that you can watch out for in 2021!

We've all heard of the famous motorcycle producers Yamaha, Harley-Davidson, and BMW, but there are other manufacturers out there that deserve as much attention like Swedish bike producer, Cake. Though they don't really serve pastries, their 2021 Kalk OR Race is definitely a sweet treat.

This seemingly small motorcycle is fully intended for off-road trails while also being race-capable. One of the usual complaints that motorcycle riders have with electric-powered bikes is that it can't properly deliver the same experience as the gas-powered ones they usually drive. If you think the same, you'll be glad to know that this barrier is now broken by one of Italy's lesser-known automobile manufacturers, Emula.

With their Emula One battery-powered bike, the user is able to adjust the features that make a combustion engine including the gear ratios, number of gears, sound and vibrations, and power band. It also has speakers on each side and at the rear to imitate engine and exhaust sounds.

Another concern that motorcycle riders have with electric bikes is the fear that they won't be able to travel far because of the constant need to charge the battery. Well, Beijing-based motorcycle manufacturer, Evoke, has already released renders of their long-range electric bike last year but they're finally announcing its availability for 2021.
