The Ford F-150 Raptor set the automotive world on fire when it debuted in 2019. It offered better speed and performance than any other F-150 ever built, which is why so many gearheads love it. As usual, Hennessey wanted to take the F-150 Raptor to a whole new level, which is why they built the 6x6 VelociRaptor.

The VelociRaptor has an extended truck bed to accommodate an extra pair of wheels, 7 inches of ground clearance more than the standard Raptor, beefy 20-inch wheels with 37-inch off-road tires, Brembo brakes, and high-intensity LED lights.

Most gearheads have never heard of Arctic Trucks, as it's a small Iceland - based custom truck builder. However, Arctic Trucks did have a few moments of fame a few years ago as it built the custom Toyota Hilux that James May and Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear drove to the North Pole.

Arctic Trucks now makes a similar Hilux-based custom 6x6 pickup truck for interested buyers. Dubbed the AT44, this truck has all the equipment you'd need to get you to the North Pole.

Rezvani has a reputation for making insane off-road vehicles based on existing vehicles - we've already told you about the Wrangler-based TANK and how awesome it was. After the success of the TANK, Rezvani went back to the drawing board and built the even crazier Hercules 6x6.

Like the TANK, the Hercules is based on the Jeep Wrangler. It received extensive modifications to boost its off-road performance, including being stretched by 20 feet to accommodate a 7-foot bed, an extra axle, a new bulletproof body, and a 1,300-hp supercharged V8 engine.

3 Patriot Campers LC79 Megatourer

Australia-based Patriot Campers doesn't build off-road vehicles for the occasional weekend off-road getaway. Their target market is made up of off-road enthusiasts who want to live out of their vehicles for months, as the LC79 Megatourer shows.

The LC79 Megatourer is based on the Toyota Land Cruiser, which already is a capable off-road machine. It is then equipped with all the off-road equipment necessary to tackle tough terrains, a 70-liter freshwater tank, central-locking storage for gear, roof-mounted solar panels, and a mounting system for Patriot Campers canopy tent systems.

The X-Class has largely been a failure for Mercedes-Benz, as it failed to be the strong seller that the German marque had anticipated it to be. However, that didn't stop Carlex Design from using the X-Class to build one of the most stylish 6x6 trucks available today - the Exy 6x6.

If this beast looks familiar, that's because it was one of the stars of the 2017 SEMA show. Starting with a four-door Jeep Wrangler, Bruiser Conversions stretched the rear to accommodate a truck bed and an extra axle and then equipped it with GM's popular 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine with 450 hp on tap.

It also comes with six 40-inch tires mounted on 17-inch beadlock wheels, a four-link long travel suspension with Fox coilovers, and adjustable track bars. This awesome vehicle was Bruiser's first 6x6, and we hope to see a lot more in the future.
