Netflix’s Hyperdrive is a very fresh take incorporating the world of Motorsports. The first season of this reality television series brought together a fine bunch of international drivers to fight it out on custom made gymkhana tracks. Charlize Theron is one of the Executive Producers of this creative show and she quotes Hyperdrive to be a fusion of “American Ninja Warrior” and “Fast and Furious” and we wouldn’t agree any less.

The show won over many viewers with its interesting bunch of contestants that ranged from Professional Drift Champions, Underdogs, and even dudes with Exotics. This combination made it ever so interesting to be hooked upon.

Of all the impressive contestants who took part in this show, the "Baby-Faced Assassin" from Brazil was the guy who cracked the show and won it all. But where is he now?

There were many impressive contesting entries in Netflix's Hyperdrive that focused on putting driving skills to the test via its creatively laid out tracks. But a soft-spoken guy from Brazil managed to ace everything that was thrown at him and win the competition valiantly. Diego Higa is the guy and is aptly called "the baby-faced assassin". Why so, you ask? Check out a clip from his attack at one of Hyperdrive's track, and you will be awestruck.

His weapon of choice for the Reality series was a souped-out 2006 Ford Mustang GT in which Diego showed an uncanny level of control. Diego sure has a fine taste in his cars that syncs with that of Ken Block's taste of Mustangs. This is a testimony to years of honing his skills. Talking about his expertise, Diego was shaped up from a very early age because his Dad who is his greatest mentor, is one of the original Brazilian drifters who shaped the sport in his country. So, Diego was literally born to go sideways and it clearly shows in his undisputed victory in Netflix's Hyperdrive Season 1.
