Ever wondered how a drag race between a car and motorcycle would go down? More specifically, have you ever wondered how a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Demon would fare, pitted against the likes of a Suzuki Hayabusa on a drag strip?

Well, imagine no further. YouTube channel Wheelz brings you the perfect drag race between two legends, and the results did not surprise most of the audience.

Drag-Racing: Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Demon Vs. Suzuki Hayabusa

While the car and the motorcycle look like ninjas in black, although they are miles apart in size and ferocity. The Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Demon is an OTT muscle car, however, as it's made by Dodge to truly flex over and above the likes of the Mustang and the Camaro. In the other corner, the Suzuki Hayabusa has long been a favored sports motorcycle.

For a motorcycle, the ‘Busa is big and cladded all around, although it looks diminutive in front of the Demon. The matte-black look of both the vehicles seems to scream serious business.

While the Demon growls and sends a cloud of white smoke right into the face of the ‘Busa’s rider, the ‘Busa has a more subtle whine and an even more ninja-like stance. The skirmish is inevitable, the excitement palpable.

The drag race is at the Mission Raceway Park in Mission, British Columbia, Canada, and it’s the age-old battle of two wheels against four.

Are any of them stock? Comments under the video certainly seem to think not.

Most of the audience was not surprised by the result as the Hayabusa streaked ahead in a straight line, running on turbo mod, or so most allege. The Demon seems to have had a bad start, wobbling a little, hesitating a little more, and then managing to close at least some of the distance between it and the ‘Busa.

The Suzuki Hayabusa got an 8.84s victory but the Demon should not be too ashamed, considering the 9.96s ET was rather impressive for a car that looks so big and is so heavy.

One YouTube comment read, “Lol. A stock ' Busa costs around $20k vs the Dodge's $100k+ . Even modified, I'm not surprised at the results”.

Meanwhile, it seems the Demon redeemed itself, considering the comment, “Who really thinks the Busa would lose?? Really? Even if the Demon had a perfect launch, it may have kept up at best.”

Future note to all Demon drivers. Do not mess with the Japanese falcon.
