As something we've covered extensively over the years, the true definition of a "barn find" is a term that has long been co-opted by prospective sellers looking to gain some extra notoriety in our SEO driven world.

More often than not, when searching the classifieds on Craigslist or Facebook, people often describe their vehicle as a barn find, when in reality they are just survivors - because although it may be old, dusty, and on four flat tires, just because it's squirreled away in a shabby garage, it doesn't necessarily qualify as a barn find.

However, for the automotive YouTubers at Throttle Junkies (TJ), taking the term "barn find" literally is a way of life for these Southern boys.

Although relatively new to the YouTube game, the duo behind TJ have discovered a niche in the YouTube market after just a couple of videos have netted them nearly six figure views.

Today, they return after a seven-month hiatus with an absolute treat — rescuing a big block Ford LTD sedan from the barn it's called home for the past 30 years.

After discovering the Ford land-yacht would be up apart of an estate sale, the boys at Throttle Junkies knew they had their next barn find project to follow up their 1924 Dodge Brothers Coupe.

Showing up with a trailer — and a winch after learning their lesson from the Dodge — the boys pull up to a decrepit barn that appears to be something out of a horror movie.

However, when prying open the barn door, the boys are pleasantly relieved to find a Ford LTD with its 394 big block V8 in bone-stock condition.

After giving the car a quick once over in the barn — and discovering it is an absolute time capsule inside — the guys winch up the car to the trailer and head for home, hoping to find more metal than 'bondo' underneath the thick layer of barn dust.

Although four-door classic cars are often seen as the red-headed stepchild of the classic car world, other than having two extra doors, this LTD checks every box; from its four-wheel power brakes, to its power steering, this land-yacht once knew how to boogie through the streets with ease.

Once sitting on a couple new tires, the guys unloaded the Ford from the trailer and given its first bath in a few decades - which would reveal some war-torn paint - but also a relatively straight and rust-free body.
