Before the internet age, it was not an easy task to see brand new car models before their official reveals by the automobile manufacturer. You had to rely on automotive magazines for that content and it wasn't always the most reliable.

However, we now live in an age where nearly everyone has a camera in their pocket in the form of a Smart Phone. Because of this, it is now easier than ever to see automakers testing their new models before getting them ready for their official introduction.

One particular enthusiast that is taking matters into his own hands when it comes to taking spy photos of new car models is the YouTube channel Varryx. In a collaboration with Varryx, HotCars is highlighting some brand new images of the Ferrari SF90 VS (Versione Speciale) prototypes testing around the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy.

The new photos from Varryx show off 3 different prototypes in white, red, and blue. Although we don't know the exact details or specifications of this new Ferrari model, we can come to some conclusions based on previous Ferrari hardcore models like the 488 Pista and F430 Scuderia. This means that it will have more power and less weight than the standard SF90 Stradale.

The current model makes an astounding 986 combined horsepower from its turbocharged V8 engine and electric powertrain. With those types of performance numbers, it's hard to imagine Ferrari being able to improve upon that. However, this wouldn't be the first time that Ferrari surprised the car market.
