When it comes to exotic sports cars, everyone assumes they are all very hard to live with. Well, this is where your assumptions are wrong. Some exotic cars are actually pretty easy to live with every day, and this is surprising.

Back in the day, you just would hardly drive your exotic car mainly because it would give you more pain than it was worth. Nowadays, things have changed, and some exotic cars are as easier to drive than a family sedan.

10 Porsche 992 911

Via: Bloomberg

By far one of the easiest exotic cars to live with. The 992 generation 911 is the most refined 911 ever. It's comfortable, very fast, economical, and has reasonable aftercare costs. When you buy a new 911, you automatically get a 3-year warranty. A new warranty per year isn't very much and servicing is also pretty low for this caliber of car.

The most exotic model of them all is the Turbo S, and that for years has been an easy car to live with, unlike the old air-cooled 930 and 964 Turbo models. By far one of the best new sports cars to use as a daily driver. Even the GT models are pretty good to live with considering they are track cars.

9 Ferrari Portofino

Via CNET

The Ferrari Portofino is a properly exotic car. It looks fantastic first, far better than the previous California T. Furthermore, it's the cheapest Ferrari too which is always a good sign. Then it seats four, has a big trunk and a comfortable interior, plus, the headroom is unlimited when the roof is down.

The Portofino though is not a car to be messed with. The new "M" model has 620hp and a 0-60 time of 3.3 seconds with a top speed of over 200 mph. Some dealers offer a 7-year service pack, a warranty, and some more brilliant after-care packages on all models. Never has it been more attractive to purchase a Ferrari than right now.

8 Audi R8

People argue that the R8 is no longer an easy car to live with, and that is due to the big 5.2 V10. They do have a point, as that thing does drink some fuel. This is not good news if you're in a gas crisis, which means it's no good right now in America. Nevertheless, if you have orderly pipelines then that should really be a small issue.

The R8 is spacious, comfortable, quiet when you need it to be, and reasonably priced for what it offers. You have to remember, this is essentially a Lamborghini Huracán at a reduced rate. Servicing is far cheaper than the Huracán, warranty is cheaper, and aftercare service costs are so much less.

7 Mercedes-AMG GT

The Mercedes-AMG GT is a gorgeous car that offers something for everybody. If you're single, you can have a coupe model, if you're in a relationship the roadster model is best suited. Then, when you get a family, the sedan model is perfect. It is a car that follows you around for life.

The GT is pretty good on gas thanks to a Biturbo 4.0 V8 and being a Mercedes, servicing bills are not stupidly priced. Parts aren't too expensive, the warranty is cheap and the car as a whole isn't overly expensive to run. It's fast, spacious and comfortable.

6 Ferrari GTC4 Lusso

Another great exotic from Maranello, the GTC4 Lusso is Ferrari's grand GT that rivals the likes of the Bentley Continental GT. You can opt for the less economical but more fun 6.3 V12, or be sensible and get the 3.9 twin-turbo V8. Since we are talking about exotica that are easy to live with, we will go with the V8 option.

The V8 GTC4 has 602hp and 561 lb-ft of torque. That's a lot of power and that means this car hits 60 in just 3.5 seconds. 0.1 seconds slower than the 681hp V12 car. It's pretty good on gas and the space inside is decent. The trunk is big enough for a set of clubs and a rear ski-hatch for skis. The V8 though is RWD only which is fine for LA but impractical for, say, Oslo. The AWD V12 then may be a better purchase for Norwegians. Again, like every Ferrari after car service is amazing.

5 Ferrari Roma

The Roma is essentially a coupe version of the Portofino, but it's a bit of a more traditional Italian GT. It's a nice-looking car, but we are not too sure about the cheese-grater grille. Nevertheless, it pushes out 612hp from a twin-turbo 3.9 liter V8 seen in the previous GTC4 Lusso T. It seats two adults and somewhat two small children, has a trunk big enough for clubs, and features all of the modern technology you need.

The top speed is 199 mph and 0-60 is 3.4 seconds. That is quick. It's good on gas for a supercar or GT, and servicing as every other Ferrari mentioned on this list is surprisingly a breeze (depending on the dealer). Furthermore, there are plenty of independent service and aftercare centers that can deal with your Ferrari.

4 Aston Martin DB11 V8

The DB11 V8 is a fantastic car, and right now it is the best Aston Martin GT available. First of all, it's easier and cheaper to run than the V12 DB11 or the DBS. Due to it having an AMG V8, it is cheaper to service, insure and get parts for. That also means the car itself is massively cheaper. It's better on gas, and you get more grip in the wet due to reduced power.

Via Business Insider

This is still a fast car with 503hp and 498 lb-ft of torque. The 0-60 is 4 seconds and flat out it will do 187 mph. Furthermore, it sounds far better than the V12 which is another added bonus. You can see why Aston Martin wants to cease production of the V12 DB11 now since the V8 is just so much better in every single way.

3 Corvette C8

The Corvette C8 is a great car, and it can be yours for less than $60,000. It looks insane and usability wise it's surprisingly good. The car can shut down half of its cylinders if need be so that saves money on gas. Then, the visibility all around is ok for a two-seater supercar and the cabin is very comfortable.

Servicing costs are not too high, and a fully loaded one will still cost less than a base model Nissan GTR. The C8 is a great supercar that can be driven from state to state with no problem.

2 Aston Martin Vantage

Similar to the DB11 V8, but way more sporty. The Aston Martin Vantage is now one of the best sports cars you can buy today, and it is easy to live with. Inside, it's spacious and everything feels high-quality. The technology feels easy to use (because it's from Mercedes) and trunk space for a small sports car is great.

The engine is the same 503hp 4.0 Biturbo V8 from the GT and the DB11 V8. It's a lot perkier in this car than the DB11 doing a sub-4-second 0-60 time. Servicing costs are reasonably priced, warranty is cheap, and the aftercare costs are also surprisingly low cost for a car of this type.

1 BMW I8

Via CarTuning.WS

The BMW I8 is one of the easiest sports cars to live with. Great on gas, spacious, comfortable, and because it is a plug-in hybrid, you can park in the charging bays within car parks which means you are somewhat guaranteed a nice car parking space.

Via Pinterest

The i8 was one of the most revolutionary cars when launched back in 2014. It took elements from a Toyota Prius and improved upon them whilst making the whole hybrid concept seem so much more sporty. Service costs, warranties, parts, etc., again, all reasonably priced and affordable.
