Automotive YouTuber Shmee150 – Tim Burton in real life – is known for his mantra of "living the supercar dream." Indeed, Tim owns a collection of supercars and sports cars, calling them Shmeemobiles. Interestingly, there had never been an American muscle car in Tim's collection, until he took delivery of a new Ford Mustang Shelby GT500.

Completing The Ford Trio With The Shelby GT500

Based in the United Kingdom with regular trips to mainland Europe, Tim is currently in the United States for some supercar adventure. He hung out with some of his friends, most of whom are also supercar owners (and fellow YouTubers) such as Randy of Savage Garage and Brooks Wesiblatt of DragTimes.

Tim had been longing for some American muscle to join his Shmeemobiles. It has been his desire to complete the holy Ford trinity of a hot hatch, supercar and a muscle car. Tim already owns a Ford GT supercar and a Ford Focus RS Heritage Edition. The arrival of the Mustang Shelby GT500 completes the trio, and they won't be joined by an F-150 anytime soon (not his taste).

According to Tim, he ordered his first American muscle car from Auto Tempest of the Car Trek series with Freddy (Tavarish), Ed (VINwiki) and Tyler (Hoovie's Garage). The Shelby GT500 was then transported from a dealer in North Carolina to Florida, particularly at Ikonick (Barry Skolnick's private collection garage).

Before going inside his new Shelby GT500, Tim had the muscle car take a proper bath. The wash seemed to have reinvigorated the lime greenish exterior of the Shelby GT500, making it look more eye-catching. Tim's newest Shmeemobile comes with various options including the Carbon Fiber Track Package that removed the rear seat but added a large rear wing and carbon fiber wheels.

Of course, the Shelby GT500 will be shipped to the United Kingdom to join the Ford GT and Focus RS Heritage on Tim's garage. But before that, it will be wrapped in paint protection film (PPF) and covered with stripes. Tim will then embark on a cross-cross country adventure to reach California via Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Kansas, Colorado, Utah and, Nevada .
