Ford now has an impressive range of SUVs available for purchase, and each speaks to different drivers and customers. Needless to say, all are super handsome and equipped with the latest (and top-notch) tech and materials.

Regardless of the broad offer, though, we are bound to have our favorites, and the Ford Bronco is one of them. This SUV is fantastic in so many ways, starting with the impressive off-road capability and unique and stunning exterior design. What's more, Ford offers an array of packages and optional features with the Bronco to better cater to different needs and preferences.

With the 2022 Ford Bronco, customers can add performance, choose perfect exterior color options, pick interior touchups, and much more. But that's not all. Ford allows you to buy this SUV with a specially designed off-road package that improves the vehicle's performance, capability and looks.

The Ford Bronco Sasquatch Package is every bit unique and exciting as it sounds, and here are some of its features that we like the most.

We Love The Engines That Ford Bronco Sasquatch Package Builds Upon

The best thing about the Ford Bronco Sasquatch Package is that you can get it on all trims. Initially only available with the 10-speed automatic transmission, the package now also comes with a seven-speed manual transmission. So, you can add this off-road package on all Bronco versions and, more importantly, engines.

Although some are likely to complain about the lack of a V8 with the 2022 Ford Bronco, the available engines are more than capable of delivering juice and excitement. The standard turbocharged 2.3-liter four-cylinder is an efficient unit producing 300 horsepower and 325 lb-ft of torque, and the 2.7-liter V6 is a more capable sibling with 330 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque (all on premium gasoline). Both deliver smooth and thrilling performances, so we take them as the best features of the 2022 Ford Bronco overall.

The non-less-worthy performance features that complement the engines include a four-wheel drive system (standard on all trims), a sophisticated independent front suspension, mud-terrain tires, electronic locking front and rear differential, and more. With the help of all these niceties, the 2022 Ford Bronco Sport (and, consequently, the Sasquatch Package) delivers a refined ride on various terrains, even the highly demanding ones.

As the Ford Bronco Sasquatch Package is available on all trims, you get all the standard or optional interior amenities you choose with your SUV. The 2022 production year equips the Bronco with the standard Ford SYNC 4 technology, which includes an 8- or 12-inch touchscreen display at the center of the dash, a heads-up display behind the steering wheel, and some buttons and knobs for quick air conditioning adjustments.

Within the SYNC 4 technology, the driver and the passengers get plenty of entertainment features. There's Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Wi-Fi hotspot (subscription-based), navigation, an audio system, and more. The 2022 Ford Bronco also offers heated and power-adjustable front seats, a heated steering wheel, intelligent and remote vehicle access, ambient lighting, and other similar comfort features.

However, it's good to mention that not all of these features come as standard. Depending on the trim you choose, you may have to give up on some niceties or get them as optional at extra cost.

The same applies to the safety and driver-assistance system, which is on an admirable level with the Ford CoPilot 360 Technology but does not offer the same features over all trims. A 360-degree camera, Hill Descent Control, a rearview camera, Pre-Collision Assist, and Auto High-Beam Headlamps are only some of the features of this system.

Features Unique To The Ford Bronco Sasquatch Package That We Like

So, we listed some of our favorite standard and optional features that one can get with the 2022 Ford Bronco — and customers can complement all of them with the Sasquatch Package. What does that favored package even offer, you may ask?

Well, the Ford Bronco Sasquatch Package improves the SUV's off-road capability with a few extra features, including the massive (like, really massive) 35-inch Goodyear mud-terrain tires mounted to 17-inch Beadlock-capable wheels, Dana front and rear electronic locking axles, wider flares, and higher suspension. The HOSS-tuned, long-travel Bilstein position-sensitive dampers make another great addition that enhances ground clearance for better handling and performance over demanding, rough terrains.

Essentially, if you want your new Bronco to be an ultimate off-road ride, you get the Sasquatch Package with all its advanced features to complement your chosen trim. Our modest opinion is that all the offered extras with this package are worth an investment, but, indeed, the Ford Bronco Sasquatch Package is not quite affordable at $4,200.
