Ever wondered what the result would look like if a Ford F-150 went up against the muscle of a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye? And what would happen if the F-150 was not stock but boosted, while the Redeye was a 900 horsepower giant?

YouTube channel Boosted F-150 decided to find out and here are the breathtaking, nail-biting results.

Not Just An F-150 But A Boosted F-150

Boosted F-150 is a YouTube channel that describes itself as “this channel shows the build and progress of my 2018 F-150 5.0 and other high-performance cars and trucks” and straight up, you can see that the Ford F-150 has some serious power.

The narrator speaks about how his F-150 is going up against a 900 horsepower Redeye, and how, they have “got some things here with some good power that are right within our range, so we'll be doing some videos on those but to start we're gonna make some test hits to see where she’s at.”

As the F-150 takes off on the track, you can feel the adrenalin pumping, but there's a tire spin to ruin the fun. The driver remarks how it felt like a mid-tens to reach the quarter-mile and sure enough, the Draggy said the car did the quarter-mile dash in 10.1 seconds. While most people would be happy to have this kind of result, the driver/narrator felt his truck could do a lot better.

The F-150 is no weakling, but the Boosted F-150 is a 1,000 horsepower mean machine, and you get an inkling of that power when you see the driver get mashed into his seat every time he puts the pedal to the metal.

When the F-150 and the Redeye finally get to race, there are three POVs. The first is the Boosted F-150 driver, showing his prowess from inside the truck.

The second POV is outside, as they show both the truck and the car race down to the finish line.

And finally, there’s a camera on the outside of the truck that shows the Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye falling behind the Ford F-150.

While the owner seemed happy with the results, he did say the track was not good and caused tires to spin for both him and the Challenger, which is why his 9.0-second truck was a little slower than usual.

The competitors do plan to return to the racetrack to have a better track race, but until then, it’s the Boosted F-150 that’s the winner.
