This year has seen Ford unveiling some very awesome cars, and among them was the Ford Bullit. This is a car that has both looks and power — talk about checking all your boxes right?

Now, there is a new edition of the Bullit, and this is the Ford Mustang Steve McQueen Edition. This car has been made in honor of the late actor, and as expected, it has an improved powertrain. This car's powertrain produces 800 horsepower. Indeed, this stallion has some boost in its stamina.

The Steve McQueen Edition Mustang—also known as the Steeda Mustang—is an awesome ride. It has been integrated with both its looks and attributes with those of the Bullit topping this up with a touch of 800 horsepower supercharged engine. Steeda ensured that they did their best to stay on top of the game by marrying these two.

Steeda is a popular firm known for altering and fine-tuning Mustangs. With their new addition to their name, all we hope is that the Steve McQueen Edition will live up to the legendary name put across its logo. The late actor's family is happy with Steeda’s move to have a car named after him.

When you compare the Steve McQueen Mustang to the Bullit, you will notice a couple of different things. For starters, the McQueen’s suspension is lower as compared to the Bullit, it has new aero bits on its exterior, its rear window covers are vented, and buyers have the opportunity to choose the 2.9-liter Whipple supercharger. This adds the horsepower to 800 horsepower from the Bullit’s 500.

The McQueen also has the option to fold the back seats if you want more space. If you just want to feel like you are driving an ultimate two-seater sports muscle car, you could also have carbon, leather, and Alcantara, not forgetting to have a touch of Highland Green bits and pieces.

We are still waiting for the announcement of how much this car will cost. If you are are a muscle car fan and a Steve McQueen fanatic then you can have this ride. Who said that you can not have your cake and eat it?
