There’s loud, and then there’s really loud. And then there’s a BMW M4 G82 getting a straight-pipe titanium exhaust. While the stock exhaust on the latest BMW M3 and M4 sound decent from the factory, that's just not enough for some, especially YouTubers.

With that in mind, the YouTube channel TJHunt brings you a fun video where he’s ready to increase the volume of his G82 M4. The man admits that he’s obsessed with finding the perfect exhaust note and will play with different setups till he gets it right. He also thanks Valvetronic for sending over the exhaust. Watch the video to see if this is your kind of loud.

Size And Girth Matter, Especially For Sound

The unpacking of the exhaust is exciting. Hunt begins to describe the titanium exhaust from Valvetronic using rather NSFW adjectives like “girth” and “veiny”, and we agree, there truly is a lot to that exhaust.

Hunt also tells his fans that he too is a new BMW fan and is giving away his E90 M3 and all his fans have to do is drop money at his merchandise store. The mood is festive, Christmas-like as the team begins to take off the stock exhaust of the M4 and replace it with the new titanium one.

Hunt also informs his audience that they plan to change the valve control system that came with the car. The Valvetronic name itself comes from the fact that you’re able to use the valves by opening and closing them with a remote. He also wanted to use the original OEM valves with the original motor, so the team will test if it finally works.

Hunt loved the new setup, especially with the gold tint. He also thanked all his fans given that in the last video, his fans recommended going to a single mid-pipe, which is exactly the setup Hunt now has.

After a small glitch with the new headlamps which just wouldn’t turn on, the crew decided to start the car and the sound was simply insane. Hunt makes sure to tell the audience that was still using stock cat, but even so, the valves opened and closed to perfection and the current-gen BMW M4 was just as loud as he wanted.

Luckily, they also fixed the headlamps and the M4 has simply never looked or sounded better.

The only issue is that the exhaust tips vibrated with the sound, but they already knew how to fix it. TJ admits that he wasn't the biggest fan of the stock exhaust, but this new setup sounds "really good!"
