The Build

The truck itself is the result of over $100k invested in parts and 2,200 hours of labor by Cook Performance of Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada. It starts with the 3100 body finished in a Crystal Red Pearl around a custom Heidts chassis. The grille is a custom charcoal unit with polished cross bars with a nipped and tucked front bumper. The cowl has been worked with electronic wipers, a one-piece windshield and smoked backlights. Drip rails have been smoothed, doors matched, and mirrors gently worked into the sides. And to fit those massive tires, the fenders have been widened.

The Drivetrain

Under the hood sits a 6 liter Gen 4 GM LS engine with 423 rear-wheel hp and 364 lb.-ft. of torque. The all-aluminum mill is fitted with K-N custom filter cones and air tubes fed into a FiTech fuel injection system. The aluminum GM heads are outfitted with a beefy set of  rockers, pushrods and race springs. It's also got an MSD electronic set up, stainless steel shorty headers and a COMP LSR Series hydraulic roller camshaft. It's also equipped with a CVF Racing accessory drive, polished alternator, and vintage AC compressor. Taking care of cooling duties is an electric pusher fan and Be Cool radiator.

Of course you're interested, but this level of quality and customization surely doesn't come cheap. But with it's old school street rod looks, modern powertrain, and high tech kit inside, maybe $189,900 isn't too much to ask? I'll let you be the judge. Buckle up.
