The first thing has to be the price. Compared to the $84,990 price tag on the Tesla Model X, the E-Tron is, according to The Verge, priced at around $74,800 (before the tax incentives), making it much more affordable and desirable.

The Long Range Model X has standard front and rear motors. These two electric motors offer all-wheel-drive capability, similar to the Audi E-Tron. However, the performance of the Audi E-Tron is better, thanks to its adaptive suspension and multiple driving modes. That said, the Audi E-Tron is ideal for off-roading. The Tesla Model X, on the other hand, was made for the road.

Besides that, there are other reasons why the Audi E-Tron is a lot desirable than a Tesla, which includes a better interior, higher 150 kW charging system, and an outstanding safety record, among others.

On the other hand, the Tesla Model X has more power than the Audi E-Tron. The Model X long-range electric engine can produce 670 Hp, while the Plaid model can churn out up to 1020 HP.
