In a new video from Porsche, the Porsche Museum – last focused heavily in their 2019 Superbowl Ad "The Heist" – embraces the future and past all at once. As three futuristic characters make their way down the corridors of the museum, we get a glimpse at some of Porsche's greatest sports cars every produced, including the GT1 RS race car, before honing in on the star of the video.

Center Of Attention

Center-stage sits a G-series 911 Turbo complete with custom striping, tan leather seats, and the word "Samurai" across the rear. As the men wander, the car suddenly jumps to life, blasting the band Samurai's rebellious hard rock music before shutting off again as they approach the car. With the key suddenly sitting on the ground, the men pick it up and return back to their work.

After a power surge, the car sits still again. As soon as the three men begin to walk away with key in hand, the classic 911 Turbo – belonging to the game's central character Johnny Silverhand (voiced by actor Keanu Reeves) – flashes and jumps back to life again. With the band blaring in the background, the car takes off down the road at high speed as if possessed.

Driving The Soul

Rocketing down the road, the 911 Turbo exhaust note roars over Samurai's music before cutting to a neon screen with the words "Cyberpunk 2077" across it. The screen changes again, showing an attitude Porsche has pushed for years of "the soul of a Porsche and its owner never part ways." Drive this car in Cyberpunk 2077 on November 19th on Xbox and Playstation.
