He may be one of the world's most popular and recognizable rappers, but when it comes to cars, Post Malone most certainly knows his stuff. The Texas native isn't shy about his love for all things automotive — a fact that is evident to anyone who follows him on Instagram.

His face tattoos and idiosyncratic clothing choices aren't the only things that make him stand out, as Post Malone possesses some of the rarest and most sought after cars on planet earth. After initially gaining billboard success in 2016, some of the rappers' earliest big money buys were cars, including the now-infamous Lincoln Continental.

From Bugatti's to pick-ups, to everything in between, Post truly posses one of the most eccentric, and badass car collections around - so strap yourselves in, as we take a deep dive into the 25-year-old's insane garage.

We begin with a car that is unique to Post: his beloved modified Ford Explorer. The car was one of the first he ever owned, and hence, after making it big in the music industry, he was unwilling to part ways in favor of the newest and shiniest toys. Post, therefore, did the only logical thing — he pimped it out to the max, as the picture above demonstrates.

The car has a song named after it in his seminal album Beer Pongs & Bentleys, mainly due to Post's enduring fondness for it. He first picked up the car for $1,700, but as you can probably imagine, it costs an awful lot more now. The Explorer was taken to West Coast Customs, the rapper's favorite mod shop, who, over the course of 8 weeks, gave the car a complete makeover.

The Explorer isn't the only car that Post has chosen to radically upgrade. After initially purchasing a standard Ford Raptor, the 25-year-old handed it over to John Hennessey, owner of the auto modification shop, Hennessey performance. It was here that the humble Raptor was transformed into a grunting 'Velociraptor' — bigger, better, and faster than it was before.

Fitted with 6x6 rear axels, upgraded suspension, upgraded 20-inch wheels, and offroad tires, it's hard to miss. It's no slouch, either, coming with a twin-turbo upgrade, one that would put some sportscars to shame. Such modifications come at a price, however, as Post paid $350,000 for his offroad monster. That is still loose change compared to some of the wheels that celebrities have bought down the years.

2018 Rolls Royce Phantom

What do you do immediately after crashing your pristine Rolls Royce Wraith? Well, if you're Post Malone, you simply go out and buy an even better one: the Rolls Royce Phantom. The day after his Wraith was smashed up in L.A, Malone was riding in style again, this time in a Rolls-Royce Phantom. A paparazzo from TMZ caught up with him in the aftermath and naturally asked him about his new set of wheels.

Malone says that the $420,000 Phantom is infinitely cooler than the Wraith that was totaled in the crash, and states that he needed a new car to get around. So, he chose one that he liked more than his previous model. Good to know that the skirmish in the Wraith didn't put Austin off such elegant, luxury cars for good.

2019 Bugatti Chiron

The jewel in the crown of his car collection is, indisputably, the Bugatti Chiron. Purchased in 2019, its one of the newer additions to what is surely a brimming and very ostentatious looking garage. It certainly looks distinctive, draped in white both inside and out, as you can see in this video which shows the rapper driving the supercar.

Despite being the fastest car in his collection, Post seemingly doesn't ever push it to the limit, claiming that he generally drives it very slowly. Its breakneck speed doesn't come cheaply, with a new Chiron costing in the region of $3.26 million in the U.S.

Don't be fooled by the rusted aesthetic — this is a seriously impressive, and beloved car. As you may have gathered already, Austin has a fondness for all things vintage, which perfectly explains his decision to buy this particular model. First built in 1967, his C-10 has been greatly enhanced and modified in the years and decades since.

The paint job has been intentionally applied to make it appear more aged and disheveled than it actually is, as, underneath the hood, Post's C-10 is as modern as it gets. He brought it with an LS engine and a bagged suspension, both of which make it a very pleasant vehicle to drive. The rapper claims that he still uses it from time to time, and with a retro livery like that, who wouldn't.

Not one to use a car as the manufacturer intended, his impressive new Lamborghini Aventador SV is yet another automobile that he has modified. His personal tweaks are far more subtle this time though, as the vast majority of the changes have been made to the exterior.

That car was modified by R1 Motorsport in Los Angeles, California, and it’s a beauty. The exterior of Post’s Lamborghini has been enhanced with Novitec’s carbon fiber kit and lowering springs, as well as Brixton Forged wheels. However, the cherry on top of this supercar has to be the new exhaust system from R1 Motorsport.

2013 Subaru WRX STI

This may seem like a slightly more low-key purchase, but Post is a huge admirer of Japanese carmaker Subaru. His WRX STi model was brought at a regular dealership in Utah, and, unsurprisingly, his appearance caused quite the commotion. The Texan posed for pictures with fans long after the car was bought. As the picture highlights, he was hard to miss in his Dallas Cowboys shirt and matching hat.

Despite not being as flashy as some of his other cars, it's a solid motor that he is clearly fond of. With that in mind, here is what to expect from the new Subaru WRX STi in 2021.
