As one of YouTube's most prominent automotive personalities regarding drifting and tuning, Adam LZ owns dozens of legendary JDM icons. However, he admitted a few weeks prior he's never built, let alone owned, a Honda. Seen as a major faux pas in the gear head community, driving a Honda has become one of the few rites of passage for car enthusiasts.

So when Adam turned up with a new-to-him Honda CRX, he decided to use it as a blank canvas for his first-ever Honda build. It didn't take long for him to become a part of the Honda Boy Fan Club before realizing why people fall in love with these super tuneable econoboxes.

In today's episode, Adam LZ relays the importance of proper suspension mods for an FWD car capable of pushing three times the power Honda engineered them for. Luckily Adam's Florida compound is the perfect place to test out the new modifications even after rain clouds rolled in.

Like most episodes Adam posts, he gives a quick update before introducing the subject of the video. First, he lets us know he finally sold his red EVO IV. Next, Adam is also putting the final touches on what he calls "the deal of the century." This deal is otherwise known as his R32 Skyline which he's finding a good home for. The R32 just needs one to drop the tranny and fix the gear whine it currently has.

As for the CRX, Adam made plans to make it the ultimate FWD drift car. Today, he begins that quest by adding a rear sway bar and bracing the subframe of the CRX which are both important projects to address for any Honda owner who wants to go fast.

After realizing he needs to remove more components than expected, he contemplates finding an easier solution. However, he offers sage mechanic advice we all can ascribe to: "the lazy way never wins" before having to drill into the chassis to complete the job.

Once the car is back together, Adam decides to hoon it around his massive complex a few times to see how well the car slides around. Unfortunately, in Adam's attempt to complete the project in a more labor-intensive way, he forgot to finish bolting the sway bar to the suspension leading him to wonder why the car feels the same as before.

After completing the quick fix, Adam steps back onto the complex during the quintessential daily downpour Florida provides. However, it doesn't stop Adam from smashing around the property in the CRX.

Adam quickly realizes the butt-clenching feeling Honda drivers deal with when he encounters a dreaded "lift-off" or "snap" oversteer moment thanks to his RWD instincts. But it doesn't stop Adam from pulling in with a massive smile on his face as his Honda Boy transformation is complete.
