Racing cars run the gamut from purpose built one-offs to cobbled together garage specials. The drifting scene is notorious for cranking out beautifully crafted and serious performers. Kristine Sandvik is a drifter from Norway and her weapon of choice is a heavily modified 2001 Honda S2000 with an - get this! - 8.3 liter V-10 plucked from a Dodge RAM SRT-10. Tronder Bataljonen Racing put the car together for Kristine and the build is, as you'd imagine, quite extensive.

A car is only as good as the person behind the wheel and Kristine is no slouch. She got her start racing gocarts in the Formula Mini and Junior 125 classes before turning her attention to drifting. For the last couple of years she's had her license and she also gets under the hood with her dad Ronny fixing and tweaking her cars for upcoming races. The ROSA Racing Honda S2000 is her newest weapon of choice and she uses it to the fullest.

2 The Swap

via Engine Swap Depot

I've seen many swaps over the years like a Dodge Hellcat motor in a Mazda Miata and a Toyota 2JZ in in a 1967 Ford Mustang, but this has to be the biggest motor I've seen in one of the smallest cars. The SRT V-10 engine was originally a truck motor sweetened up by Lamborghini when they were in the Chrysler family for use in the Dodge Viper. She gradually found her way into other cars as well such as the Dodge RAM SRT-10. The Honda S2000 came stock with a 2.0 liter and later a 2.2 liter inline-4 and was known for her poise and balance. And then came a V-10!

The V-10 engine is from a 2005 Dodge RAM with a Koyo radiator, 6-speed Tremec manual transmission, Bosch fuel pumps, and a standard differential with upgraded cooling. The car was extensively modified to handle the extra heft and torque with D2 coilovers, upgraded brakes, and a custom kit to adjust caster and camber. On 98 octane she pumps out 506 hp and 542 lb.-ft. of torque - that's almost triple the torque of the stock motor! Go get 'em, Kristine! Buckle up.
