Long McArthur Ford is back with another custom Ford pickup package that is sure to tempt you.
Last we heard from Long McArthur Ford, they were busy showcasing their latest creation, a Raptor Ranger look-alike with off-road tires and Fox 2.0 shocks. It was basically as close to a true Raptor Ranger as you can get without going overseas to import one.
Now they’re back with another upgrade package, but this time for the full-size Ford F-150. They call it the LM650 Package, and it's designed to take your pickup fantasies to the next level.
First, Long McArthur starts with a standard F-150 Lariat equipped with the 5.0-L Coyote V8. Since it's a Lariat, that means the truck already includes heated and vented leather seats, a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel, remote start, and LED headlights. In addition, our Salina, Kansas-based friends also get the Sport Appearance package along with a twin-panel moonroof and adaptive cruise control.
Next comes the fun part. Long McArthur has a custom body kit for the LM650 which includes a new front bumper, a hood scoop, new body-colored fender flares, and a body-color tailgate cover. To make the LM650 look like a Shelby Mustang, they give it a set of stripes down the side and some raised lettering along the bed.
But the party really starts under the hood. Long McArthur sourced their performance upgrades from Roush to give the LM650 a full 650 horsepower thanks to a Roush supercharger. Then 2-inch lift kit and a Roush exhaust ensure the LM650 has presence unlike any other pickup truck.
Finally, a set of 35-inch BF Goodrich all-terrain tires wrap 20-inch bead-lock wheels to ensure this truck is ready for anything.
The LM650 retains its 5-year or 60,000-mile warranty, so all these fun upgrades aren't going to void the paperwork. All-in price is $84,445 which currently includes a dealer discount of $5,500. No telling how long that dealer discount will last, so better order your LM650 sooner rather than later.
