The digital car rendering world is one hell of an interesting place. Designers and artists can allow their imaginations to run riot and create some fascinating machines, such as an old and modern Corvette becoming one creation. The Chevrolet Corvette is the subject of this rendering here today. Instagram user Karan Adivi has created this Chevy Corvette 1964 rendering, taking the 1964 model and producing a render of a car that is currently in the building phase. This is the 1964 “Decepttion” Corvette, which is set to gain a Lamborghini V10 engine.

1964 Split-Window Corvette Getting V10 Power

This is very much a real 1964 Corvette that is being heavily modified. Corruptt Builds is who is creating this monster, and they have already crafted a car before. They created the 1968 “Corruptt” Mustang, which was first seen back in 2018. The Corvette is their latest project, and it is set to be one hell of a vehicle. The Mustang had Ferrari power, and the Italian flavor is continuing with the Corvette as it is about to have a Lamborghini V10 engine shoehorned in to replace its good old V8 motor. That’s certainly not something Chevrolet would have envisioned back in 1964!

1964 Corvette Build Called 'Decepttion'

The renderings give us quite a good look at what this project should ultimately look like. The classic split-window lines of the 1964 Corvette are still clear, and the car is in a very attractive and menacing-looking gloss black paint job. There is very much a mix of Lamborghini in this car, particularly at the rear with the LED taillight strip and the exhaust arrangement and diffuser as well. Even at the front, we see some Lamborghini lineage with a redesigned grille under the hood of the Corvette.

Outrageous Custom Build

Not only will this Corvette gain a Lamborghini engine, but it looks set to gain some pretty incredible Lamborghini styling as well. This is set to be a truly outrageous build. Adivi has even crafted a rendering of under the hood of the Corvette, showing how neatly packaged that Lamborghini V10 engine should be when the car is complete.

It’s a fascinating-looking machine. It apparently took months of back and forth to come up with this design, and even though it is still recognizably a 1964 Corvette, it's very different from the day the car left the factory.
