Mercedes-Benz is probably best known for comfortable, fast, and luxurious cars that provide almost unrivaled levels of comfort and relaxation. But they certainly know how to make a fast car as well, and the Mercedes GLE is certainly no slouch, even for a mid-size SUV. But what if one of these was to be given an extra bit of attention? Well, digital rendering artist BradBuilds has done just that and modified the GLE into something quite radical.

This GLE Might Be More To Everyone's Tastes

Brad's Instagram page is certainly worth checking out, with all of his work posted on the site. The GLE might not be to everyone's taste. Brad himself says he is not a huge fan of them in general, and they do look a bit plain. This one does not, however. Shall we start with the color? Brad's GLE has been finished in a nice subtle orange that looks good on any Mercedes, and in addition to that, he has added a black stripe that goes all across the car and down the rear trunk. And at the rear, we see a nice rear lip/spoiler that, while sizeable, is proportioned enough that it isn’t ruining the appearance of the car.

The Mercedes' Rear Wing And Fenders Help Create Downforce

That isn’t the only external modification, however. The rear has seen quite a few changes as well as the wing, including the rather sizeable rear fenders that look like they can channel air in from the front to help with adding downforce. This air is channeled around the huge rear tires sitting on the lowered car, and that air goes further, down the back of the car to keep it glued to the tarmac.

Front Splitter Eliminates Understeer Worries

The most noticeable change though has to be at the front. You will have no understeer issues at all on this car. A giant front splitter will take care of that, channeling all that air underneath to create some lovely downforce. Oh, and we should mention the almost rustic colored wheels that match the overall orange body of the car absolutely beautifully. Those are the biggest changes on this car that Brad has rendered spectacularly. It certainly does befit a badass soccer mom and this is one hell of a cool ride.
