The four-liter V8 received new pistons and connecting rods, larger superchargers, and a reinforced carbon fiber intake manifold. Inconel exhaust manifolds have been 3D-printed via laser sintering by Akrapovic. The engine runs on racing fuel from renewable sources. It already develops over 761 hp and 1000 Nm. But it is said that the power is going to be increased even more. The car even needed an additional cooling system, which was placed in the rear, replacing the windows with air intakes. The brakes were equipped with a water cooling circuit.

Also, the Bentley Continental GT3 Pikes Peak was equipped with a new body kit - a two-plane splitter, a different diffuser, and the largest wing in the history of the brand. As a result, the downforce increased by 30%. Taking into account the specifics of the track, engineers reduced the camber angle and used the softest springs and stabilizers from the Bentley catalog in the suspension. The black and gold Roger Clark Motorsport livery complements the picture.

Two teams participated in the preparation of the sports car: the customer team Fastr and the factory team M-Sport. On the day of the competitions, Rhys Millen will again sit behind the wheel of the car. He has already brought Bentley two Pikes Peak rewards in 2018 and 2019, piloting the Bentayga and Continental GT.

In the Continental GT3, he will have to cover a 5,000 ft climb with many corners and high vertical drops. He will have to do it in less than 9 minutes and 36 seconds to take the championship crown from the Porsche GT2 RS Clubsport. As it is written on the Bentley website, the car will go on an average speed of about 78 mph.
