Set to be built in Tennessee, the all-new 2021 Nissan Rogue has been launched with a loud bang! Not only does its new campaign cover various platforms, but Nissan has also signed up Brie Larson – who played the titular character in the Captain Marvel film – to a multi-year partnership as its brand ambassador.

Brie Takes Cameo Role In New Ad Video

Nissan's "Rogue Gone Rogue" campaign is a 360-degree project that aims to show the versatile and adventurous personality of the new 2021 Rogue. During the campaign, Nissan will be showing a number of short videos not only on TV, but also online. The carmaker also inked strategic partnerships with Amazon and Atlas Obscura.

In one of the ad videos titled “Ready. Set. Rogue.”, Nissan demonstrated the all-wheel drive and automatic emergency braking capabilities of the new Rogue by taking a family to various locales. Just as the family gets ready to watch a movie at a drive-in theater, Larson pulls up beside them and says, "I'm always up for a good movie."

Larson As Brand Ambassador For Nissan

Larson's role as Nissan's brand ambassador involves taking part in various on- and off-screen activities. These include showing up in select creative campaigns, supporting new model launches, as well as taking part in employee and dealer events.
