"Winning is a matter of attitude," says Porsche, so it decided to help drivers get the right mindset for racing by designing a proper vehicle. The new Porsche 911 GT3 is all about the blistering track experience, looking more like a race car from your favorite game than the one you can see on the road. Yet, the GT3 is as real as a production car can be, and it threatens to blow us off our feet.

There are three trims of the new Porsche 911 GT3 to make us want to hit the track and have some fun. But Porsche wouldn't be what it is had it not spiced things up with one particularly insane version, which is the RS. Barely legal with its racing specs and uniquely designed, the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS is a dream sports car to have.

While we wrote a lot about this stunning ride and its looks and specs, we missed taking a peek at its interior. Today, we plan to fix that omission and show you how the Porsche 911 GT3 RS looks inside.

Lightweight Construction Translates Into The Driver-Focused Interior Of The Porsche 911 GT3 RS

The new Porsche 911 GT3 RS packs a 4-liter flat-six engine producing 518 horsepower. This mighty performer speeds up to 60 mph in amazing 3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 184 mph. But what boosts its performance even more than a good engine is the unique aerodynamic-focused exterior, which has all kinds of extras, starting with a Formula-1 rear wing.

So, what interior could that kind of sports car have? Lightweight, of course. Everything in the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS screams lightweight construction, including the interior. The carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) that enriches the doors, the roof, the hood, and other parts of this ride are also used in the bucket seats and other interior components.

Now, while this is all done to enhance performance, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS lacks no comfort. The CFRP seats (complimented with red "GT3 RS" lettering on the headrests) come with a carbon-weave finish and exceptional body support to help drivers feel comfortable and secure at all times and speeds. Plus, buyers can opt for adaptive seats that adjust in 18 ways.

As mentioned, the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS is all about the racing experience, and its interior reflects this. Everything inside this amazing ride is sleek and intuitive, from the motorsport-oriented steering wheel with advanced driving modes to the heads-up display. Porsche obviously wanted to make a point and did a great job — the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS loses none of its appeals because of the clean interior styling.

When it comes to the driving modes, the intuitive controls on the steering wheels allow for operating the Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), the Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus), and Traction Control (TC). This better connects the driver and the vehicle for an exceptional experience on the road. The handsome lettering, black decorative stitching, and carbon-weave finish only enhance this with exclusivity.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is not your regular ride with all those tech niceties you may expect these days. This is a track-focused version of a production car that aims to provide performance, stability, fun, and comfort first and foremost. Therefore, you won't find the driver-assistance technology inside the GT3 RS. This is something that enhances weight, and the RS couldn't afford it. The backup sensors and the traffic-sign recognition are the only features this sports car offers within the driver-assistance tech range.

Of course, the GT3 RS has a 10.9-inch touchscreen at the center of the dashboard to provide drivers with relevant information, just like the heads-up display. But other controls are manual, mainly located on the steering wheel.

Apart from Apple CarPlay and Wi-Fi connectivity, you won't find many advanced tech features in the race-focused Porsche 911 GT3 RS. However, you get to enjoy three driving modes (Normal, Sport, and Track) and My Porsche App, which allows drivers to get real-time traffic information, handle navigation, and more. There's also a convenient Porsche Track Precision App to measure, evaluate, and display performance details.

Porsche also traded a little of the GT2 RS' weight to include 8- or 12-loudspeaker systems (from 150 to 570 watts of power) for an immersive listening experience. Therefore, you may not be able to use the latest driver-assistance features, but you'll definitely rock your favorite tracks while burning the road.
