Porsche has always had a knack for marrying classic style with the best in modern technology, but, somehow, the brand may have outdone itself this time with the forthcoming Porsche 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition. With the vehicle, the German automaker reinterprets historical exterior and interior design elements and combines them with the latest technology. The result is a limited edition beauty that can be ordered now and will be showing up in select showrooms come fall 2020.

Porsche built just 992 examples of the 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition, in a cheeky nod to the internal model series code. Other current 911 models, however, will have the option of adding selected interior elements as part of the Heritage Design package. A new chronograph from Porsche Design will also be made available exclusively for purchasers of the limited edition vehicle.

Word From The Board

The CEO Magazine

“With the Heritage Design models, we are evoking memories of the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s in customers and fans alike. No brand can translate these elements into the modern day as well as Porsche and, in this way, we are fulfilling the wishes of our customers. We are also establishing a new product line that represents the lifestyle dimension in our product strategy with these exclusive special editions,” says Oliver Blume, Chairman of the Executive Board of Porsche AG.
