If you just can’t stand the Ford Raptor, there’s a high-performance Ram pickup that you can buy now on eBay.
It’s called the Ram Minotaur, and it’s made by Prefix Corporation. These are the same guys that have made special edition vehicles for Fiat Chrysler in the past, such as the Dodge Viper Madusa way back in 2014.
When Ford came out with the F-150 Raptor, Prefix were the guys to say that they could do the same thing to a Ram 1500. So they did out of the Ram 1500 Sport trim, which entered low-volume production in 2016.
Like the Raptor, the Minotaur comes with an off-road suspension second to none. To start, the KORE Tactical suspension system comes with 14-inches of travel, while the 3-inch FOX internal bypass shocks mirror the first-gen Raptor’s performance.
Other upgrades include side-exit exhausts, a widebody kit, painted tow hooks, blacked-out headlights, styling Minotaur badging on the grille and tailgate, aluminum skid plates, and 20-inch off-road wheels with 35-inch General Grappler all-terrain tires.
And of course, there’s the engine. Base-model Minotaurs came with the 5.7-L HEMI V8, but the best of the best came with 6.4-L 392 HEMIs. This particular model comes with the 6.4-L HEMI mated with a 2.9-L Whipple supercharger. Prefix doesn’t provide specific power figures, but it’s probably a lot.

The Minotaur started at $59,995 USD originally, although you’d be hard-pressed to find one now as Ram stopped making the Sport trim on the previous-gen Raptor last year. This display model shown on eBay might be your last chance to get this tricked-out Ram pickup, and you can grab it for a steal.
With over $100,000 in upgrades, this tequila lime-painted pickup can be yours for the low low price of $63,100. Although it does have 33,800 miles on the odometer, so we’re guessing it’s not the best deal in the world.
But still, if you just can’t get behind a Ford, this is the most off-roady Ram truck that money can buy.
