Supercharger Fits Perfectly In Classic Charger

Westen has been the owner of the 1968 Dodge Charger for some time, and he decides to up its horsepower game to see what he can get out of it. He kits the Charger out with an 8V-71 supercharger, which Westen believes is one of the best things that man has ever made.

The big test is to see if Tater can do bigger donuts and burnouts than before. The team starts by taking off the old charger, although they are in great condition, and replacing it with the super heavy new supercharger. It fits perfectly, so Westen moves on to fit a Holley 2x4 Sniper EFI system, which a fuel injector to naturally aspirate the supercharger. After four days and 31 attempts later of fixing the backfires from the fuel injector, it finally fits and works as well as the supercharger.

Westen finishes the job by adding a big old scoop and then, the test gets underway. He admits the supercharger makes the Dodge Charger straight-up dangerous, but it sure is thrilling.

Although the Dodge Charger starts backfiring more than usual, it sure does look good when it performs donuts. It smokes out the whole street and ends up attracting the cops. The team takes it out to the country so that they can max out the supercharger to its fullest potential. It performs a few more donuts and certainly does make Westen as happy as he was hoping to be with his new Dodge Charger feature.

Overall, Westen incurs a few issues supercharging the 1968 Dodge Charger, but in the end, he manages to get a lot of fun out of it, which he was always hoping to.
