Undoubtedly, Buick's Gran Sport cars are classics. These specially-built high-performance cars were first unveiled in 1965. Also, a lot of the cars – majorly the Skylark based versions – featured the Buick V8, which at 401 cu in, was the largest engine permitted by General Motors, and are widely believed to be the most lavishly built General Motors sports models of their time.

Furthermore, the Buick Gran Sport can be described as an underrated muscle car due to the awesome automotive capabilities inherent in this brand of Buick cars. However, these capabilities aren’t lost on Gran Sports enthusiasts as we’ve seen several vintage examples of the Buick Gran Sports get restored to perfection.
