The main reason Richard Rawlings decided to sell his entire car collection was simple. He wanted to update his current flock of cars with new and exclusive models. And hence, he plans to use the money gained from this auction to fulfill this dream.

Most of the cars from his collection sold for a decent sum, earning him an impressive $1,080,903. He is currently on the hunt for cooler and more radical cars to fill his empty garage. Things are only getting more exciting as we jump along with Rawlings on his Gas Monkey Garage repopulation journey.

Rawlings's Car Collection In 2023 Is Getting Loaded With Italian Exotics

After selling his impressively curated car collection, Richard Rawlings is now repopulating his garage with some cool, iconic, and nostalgic cars. His old car collection was mostly confined to cool custom muscle and classic cars, with very few modern classics or even modern supercars. Now, Rawlings' 2023 car collection is turning out to be as eccentric and widespread as it can get. It packs an iconic Texas Hot Rod, a rebuilt Ferrari 812 Superfast, some of the rarest American muscle cars, and Gas Monkey Garage's first-ever classic Lamborghini.

The latest addition to Rawlings 2023 car collection looks to be five very interesting and identical Ferrari Testarossas. The Gas Monkey Garage team fly to Ireland to check out these five classic Ferraris, which were actually the action cars from the 2021 Infinite movie starring Mark Wahlberg. So it is cool, alright. But the slight caveat is that only one out of five is in actual driving condition, which is the hero car. The others were prepped and hollowed out to look cool and awesome for the stunts in the movie.
